The Zyxel XGS1010-12 features 8 Gigabit Ethernet Ports, 2 2.5 Gigabit ports and 2 10 Gigabit SFP+ uplink ports with plug and play. This unit has been specifically designed for users who need simple management over a variety of mixed environments from home to office. To get maximum wireless speed delivery, connect 802.11ac or 802.11ax access points to the 2.5 Gigabit ports. The XGS1010-12 blends into homes and offices with its compact size while providing high performance without any noise.

This XGS1010-12 provides 2 SFP+ ports compatible with 10GbE, offering higher transmission speeds and allow users to instantly upgrade to a hybrid high-speed network environment at a cost-effective price. As well as this the device supports data transmission speed among 10G, 2.5G, 1G, 100M, capable of servicing a range of network devices such as gaming laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, network attached storage (NAS) devices or IEEE wireless access points. It also features a useful LED indicator that shows the link rate with different colours.

The device comes with two high-priority and two medium priority ports, providing considerably enhanced download quality whilst bandwidth priority setting gives better, surfing, gaming and streaming experience.

The built-in IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) function automatically detects network traffic and adjusts power consumption dynamically to reduce power usage during low link utilisation periods.

The unit's easy plug and play design enables users to connect the XGS1010-12 to VoIP, media players, game consoles, set-top box and ant other web browsing devices to home or studio network without any configuration.

Users can also extend their network without any disruption to the environment. The switch also features a fanless design that ensures silent operation and greater reliability over time with no moving parts.
